TSI are proud that our Head Office at the Business Design Centre (“BDC”) has achieved B Corp certification.

What is B Corp?

B Corp Certification shows that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to environmental impact improvements.

In order to achieve certification, a company must undergo a rigorous review of the impact of their operations and business model on their workers, customers, communities and environment – meeting a minimum score across the assessment. Companies must also make a legal commitment by changing their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders.

TSI at the BDC

TSI’s Head Office has been located at the BDC since 2014 and part of our ongoing decision to be based there is the BDC’s fantastic commitment to continous improvement.

We are proud to have our HQ located at a a CarbonNeutral® venue that is aiming to meet Net-Zero before 2030, and being able to meet the rigorous standards set by the B Corp model show that the BDC are moving along on exactly the right path when it comes to the way both they and TSI take care of both our people and the planet.
