Cross Connect

Our flagship UC product, Cross Connect is designed to add value in businesses of all kinds.  The Cross Connect subscription adds all core business features that you would expect including an iOS/Android mobile phone app and PWA browser-based softphone, multi-layer IVR, voicemail with Speech-to-Text, call recording, video chat, conference bridges, 4,000* free minutes per user, plus much more.

This subscription type is ideal for any business that requires a feature-rich, reliable cloud-based PBX and UC system, but at a remarkably competitive price.

Contact Centre Connect

Housed seamlessly in the same platform, Contact Centre Connect subscriptions include everything within the Cross Connect subscription plus powerful Agent and Supervisor features with real time and historical reporting, QA and monitoring with listen/whisper/barge, customisable agent statuses,, dashboards for monitoring and alerts, and 5,000* free minutes per user.

The included browser-based Wall Boards are completely customisable, and the user-friendly Attendant Console is perfect for a company Reception, customer services, or part of a more complex UC system to manage and distribute incoming calls.

Cross Connect Essential

This subscription has been introduced to address the flaw of cloud PBX’s when compared to on-premise PBX’s.  While cloud-UC has always been able to compete with on-premise on feature and on price for high usage end-points, the pricing doesn’t stack up when there are a large number of low-volume and internal end-points.

Cross Connect Essential solves this issue by stripping out unused features and making the endpoint affordable, whilst allowing it to be used as part of the same system.

For example, a Hotel will require full-feature Cross Connect or Contact Centre Connect subscriptions at Reception and in Offices, allowing them to make use of enterprise grade features such as Speech Recognition on the Auto Attendant.  And by using Cross Connect Essential in  rooms the hotel can provide guests with a means to contact relevant departments of the hotel without a large monthly bill.

Phone Connect

In 2027 the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) will be turned off after 150 years of service.   To facilitate the move to all IP TSI have developed Phone Connect, a low-cost replacement for analogue lines with the same enterprise-grade reliability of Cross Connect and managed from the same single pane of glass.

With a business-grade iOS/Android mobile app, a range of suitable hardware available from TSI, including POTS equivalent phones, low-cost ATA’s and small form factor UPS’s, and data connectivity ranging from SoGEA, FTTC and FTTP through to 5G, this is a perfect solution to migrate residential customers as well as micro-businesses away from PSTN lines.

Cross Connect Integrator

Cross Connect Integrator provides a wide range of rapid click to dial tools including webpage, clipboard and application dialling, screen read and simple TAPI.  It also includes:

Teams Connect enables calling (and more) directly from within Microsoft Teams. It seamlessly integrates Cross Connect and Microsoft Teams with no need for PowerShell scripting or additional Direct Routing required.

Coming soon from TSI, Teams Connect Call App will allow low-cost integration between MS Teams and Cross Connect – without the need for Microsoft Phone System licences.

Cross Connect Recording Studio

Seamlessly built into the platform, Cross Connect Recording Studio allows end users to create professional welcome greetings, auto-attendant, IVR and call menu recordings, and mix them with licence-free music ready to play to queuing and holding callers.

Cross Connect Recording Studio uses the very latest AI characters and fully integrated AI scripting tools including OpenAI to speed up scripting, voice and music selection.  It’s free to get started, and if your customers would like access to premium features, including ordering of real voice recordings, it’s quick and easy to subscribe to one of the straightforward plans.

Call Transcription and Sentiment Analysis

Call and Voicemail Transcription in Cross Connect is powered by Deepgram‘s world-class speech recognition.   Deepgram is more accurate (with 22% lower word error rate) and x23 faster inference time than the nearest competitors.  Integrating Deepgram allows TSI to leverage their AI language models for future development of Cross Connect including accurately identifying, extracting and summarising call transcriptions to deliver amazing customer experience

 

Call Recording

Coming soon to Cross Connect, from MiFID II and GDPR to POPI, PCI DDD and many more, compliant call recording solutions from Cross Connect will ensure your customers businesses adhere to the latest regulatory developments as and when they happen
