Ethernet Fibre leased lines
Our Ethernet circuits are our premium high speed leased line connectivity service for businesses that require high availability and capacity services.
It’s provided as a dedicated connection (up to 1Gbps) with the option to converge your internet and voice services on to one network, and backed by 24 x 7 x 365 SLA's.
There are three different connections available for you to choose from over fibre optic ethernet leased lines or EFM:
- High speed internet access
- IP telephony service
- IP telephony and internet access
If fibre optic ethernet isn’t an option for you, then it shouldn’t mean that you can’t get access to quality internet access or service levels.
EFM (Ethernet First Mile) provides businesses with cost effective internet access that’s delivered in half the time of fibre optic ethernet, without compromising quality or service levels.
Delivered using up to eight copper pairs, it’s highly resilient, ensuring business continuity and peace of mind, so that you can focus on other aspects of your business.
Build and extend your customer networks, develop new infrastructure and meet low-capacity backhaul requirements with our point-to-point circuits.
Sometimes referred to as Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) or a private circuit, a point-to-point circuit is a physical dedicated data connection of up to 1Gbps. Running directly from one location to another, it’s hard wired at the exchange (or multiple exchanges) between your sites.
EAD supports a range of requirements including cloud computing, simultaneous online pupil access in classrooms and storage area network connectivity.
